We had a great experience with the team from Capitol Tree Care. From the office staff to the tree cutting crew, everyone was very friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making sure our needs were taken care of. Cargil (one of the arborists) came out to look at our Cedar Elm that had split, and he gave us lots of great information as to what probably caused the split and what he recommended. Ultimately, it made the most sense to have it removed, and he gave us a very reasonable price, while explaining exactly what we would be charged for and how the price was determined. I appreciated his expertise and transparency. Since there was a risk of the tree falling and damaging our house, he put a rush on the job and the crew came out the following business day. I watched from the kitchen window as they took it down, and it was impressive! They were so fast, but so precise and careful at the same time. And when they were done, they cleaned everything up and asked if we wanted the mulch that was created from the tree being ground up. The following day, Emily followed up to make sure we were happy with the work, and we certainly were. From start to finish, it was a great customer experience, and they all did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!
