We want to thank everyone for their continued interest in our service through this trying time we all find ourselves in and we hope everyone is taking the necessary personal protective measures to stay safe and healthy. We strive to continue providing a quality service while maintaining the well-being of both our customers and staff.
The nature of providing tree care allows our staff to remain outside of our customer’s homes while completing estimates, consultations and services, maintaining social distance protocols. In order to protect both our customers and staff, we have encouraged our staff to get vaccinated, encourage frequent hand washing, are requiring the use of masks if within 6’ of customers and instructing staff to stay home if they are feeling ill or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
If a customer would like to reduce risk of transmission by minimizing interaction, we are able to perform no-contact estimates. In this case, we require the customer to allow safe access to the property for our Arborists to prepare a quote for service(s). Our Arborists are able to review quotes by phone and all estimates are e-mailed while on-site. Customers are able to accept the quote remotely and services can be performed in the same fashion as the no-contact estimate.
